Minster Stage Services provided addional crew members to support our partner RMPA with this festival. Working across the Main / Riverside Stage and the Sports field stage team members provided FOH & Monitor Mixes and Micing/Patching as required.
In collaberation with our friends at Stage Monsters, Minster Stage Services managed the PA & Audio Crew for this event. Stage Monsters supplying power & distrobution.
The FOH system (Electrovoice XLC) was sourced from Production Audio, Bristol, this was specified to match the volume and coverage requirements of the event. The Bi-amp monitor system (required to meet a band rider) was sourced from RMPA, Worcester. Control, cabling and Microphones etc. were provided by ourselves to complete the package.
Crew for this event included 2 Minster sourced engineers with additional support for band change over coming from the onsite electrician to minimise overall crew costs for the event.
Beer on the Wye is a Beer and Cider festival organised by the Herefordshire branch of CAMRA. This three day event has a capacity of circa 2500 and has a long standing entertainment program running as part of their festival.
In collaberation with our friends at BroadOak Sound Services, Minster Stage Services provide the PA System and an engineer to suppliment the crew Provided by Broadoak Sound Services. Boardoak Sound Services also providing Artist Programming for this event on behalf of CAMRA Herefordshire branch.
With a croud of approximately 800 people fitting directly in the stage area, we deployed out Electrovoice Pheonix Speakers for the FOH system giving a 135 degrees of dispersion and balanced sound of the rest of the site. Are usual Turbosound monitor speaker system was deployed on stage for the muscians, with Control, cabling and Microphones etc. provided by Broadoak Sound Services.
Crew for this event included 1 Minster sourced engineers with Broadoak supplying and engineer and 2 stagehands.

We provide Technical Management for the larger stages and supply equipment and crew for some of the smaller stages on site.
Our Friends at Stagemonsters manage and supply power distribution for the whole festival site.
